Goods must be returned in an unused new condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Customers will be responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely back to us. Your name, address and invoice number should be included. Blue Riband Barbeque will refund the full costs of the goods only and will not refund any shipping costs incurred.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective, it should be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. A replacement item will be offered, if this is not acceptable then you will be given a full refund in accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer.
